Came back at 3 to find a line of people waiting to check in. Unlike most places where you can check in even if your room isn't ready, they told me they couldn't and I'd have to come back in an hour or two.
Service was pleasant and welcoming, though they seem a bit understaffed, particularly at the bell desk. It was very clean and nice, with a comfortable bed, good lighting, plenty of charging outlets, and a spacious bathroom. I spent one night at the Hard Rock when I attended a concert.
